My wife and I just moved back from the Vegas area last March. While in Vegas I was tested and fitted with my first set of hearing aids. Unfortunately the hearing aids were uncomfortable and difficult to wear. So the following 3 years never wore them. In May my wife made me an appointment at Audibel Hearing Aids of Westmont. I went through a very thorough exam and hearing test, afterwards fitted for a set of hearing aids. I received my hearing aids in early June and have worn them everyday since. They are very comfortable and work very well, and another plus is they are almost unnoticeable. If you are experiencing hearing, I highly recommend seeing Adam Dell. He and his staff are the “BEST” at what they do by making sure you can hear again and enjoy life.

Office is conveniently located with ample parking in a clean quiet building. I was greeted with a smile by the lovely recipient/ admin. I didn’t wait but 5 minutes probably. They didn’t make me wait as other doctors most times do, which was great! Once the doctor was ready for me, the consultation was in a large office which was quite comfortable. Doctor was assisted by a “doctor in training” who was very friendly and helpful as well. The entire experience was very pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to everyone.

This is my first time using a hearing aid. Adam and his staff were so great to me and my wife. Adam taught me how to use the aids without overwhelming me. He explained the Horizon app and how to use it. He made an adjustment to the unit and arranged for a replacement charger. As I adjust to the aids, Adam said he is available for questions. My grandson’s baseball game is my first test!
